Everything you need to prepare before your CryptoTradingBots account is set up.

What is CryptoTradingBots?

CryptoTradingBots is a private platform that runs the Asymmetric Grid Bot v3.3.0 on your Binance account. You keep full custody of your funds — they never leave your Binance account. The bot trades on your behalf using API keys you provide.

Access is by invitation only. If you received an invite, this guide will help you get set up.

What you'll need before you start

  • ✓A Binance account (real account, not testnet)
  • ✓At least $500 USDT equivalent to start (ETH + USDT, ideally split 50/50)
  • ✓A Binance API key with trade permissions enabled (we'll walk you through this)
  • ✓2FA enabled on your Binance account (required by Binance for API trading)

How to create your Binance API key

  1. Log in to Binance.com
  2. Go to Profile → API Management
  3. Click Create API and choose System Generated
  4. Give it a label — e.g. CryptoTradingBots
  5. Complete identity verification if prompted
  6. Under API Restrictions, enable:
    • ✅ Enable Reading
    • ✅ Enable Spot & Margin Trading
    • ❌ Do NOT enable withdrawals (never needed)
  7. Copy your API Key and Secret Key — the secret is only shown once

⚠ Never share your API key with anyone outside of the CryptoTradingBots platform. The secret key is shown only once — save it somewhere safe before closing the page.

What the bot does with your funds

The bot needs both ETH and USDT in your Spot wallet on Binance. It will:

  • Split your ETH into 10 equal parts and your USDT into 10 equal parts
  • Buy ETH when price drops 1% from the reference price
  • Sell ETH when price rises 1.5% from the reference price
  • Rebalance after every trade (compounding)

It will never:

  • Move funds out of your Binance account
  • Trade any pair other than ETH/USDT
  • Use leverage or margin

How to fund your Spot wallet for the bot

  1. Log in to Binance
  2. Go to Wallet → Spot
  3. Make sure you have both ETH and USDT in your Spot wallet
  4. Aim for a roughly 50/50 split by value (e.g. $500 USDT + ~0.19 ETH at $2,600)
  5. If you only have USDT, you can buy ETH via Trade → Classic → ETH/USDT

Minimum recommended starting amount: $500 total (ETH + USDT combined)

What happens after you send your API key?

Once you share your API key and secret with the admin:

  • Your bot will be configured and started
  • You'll receive access to your personal dashboard
  • The dashboard shows your portfolio value, active triggers, trade history, and P&L in real time

You can ask for the bot to be stopped at any time — just message the admin.

Risk disclosure

Trading crypto involves real financial risk. The bot has performed well in live testing, but past performance does not guarantee future results. The trailing stop exits the bot if your portfolio drops 10% from its peak, but losses are still possible in extreme market conditions.

Only trade with funds you are comfortable risking.
