Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
CryptoTradingBots is a private, invite-only platform available only to individuals approved for access. These terms are written in plain language, but they're still the rules of the road — please read them before connecting your Binance account.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accepting an invitation to CryptoTradingBots and connecting a Binance API key, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't connect your account — just let the admin know and your invite will be withdrawn.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to hold and trade cryptocurrency where you live.
- You're solely responsible for determining whether using CryptoTradingBots, holding crypto, or algorithmic trading is legal in your jurisdiction. We don't screen for this — it's on you.
3. What the service is
CryptoTradingBots runs the Asymmetric Grid Bot v3.3.0, an automated trading strategy, on your own Binance account using an API key you provide. Your funds stay in your Binance account at all times — we never take custody of your assets, and the API key you provide is never granted withdrawal permission.
The service is invite-only, and access is granted at the admin's discretion to individuals approved for the platform. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or exchange, and nothing here should be treated as one.
4. Not investment advice
Nothing on this site or in the bot's operation is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. The bot is an automated tool that executes a predefined strategy — it does not evaluate your personal financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use it and how much to allocate.
5. Risk disclosure
Trading cryptocurrency carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire investment. By using CryptoTradingBots, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can move sharply in either direction with no warning.
- Past performance — including any track record shown on this site — does not guarantee or indicate future results.
- Algorithmic strategies can underperform, malfunction, or behave unexpectedly, including during periods of high volatility, low liquidity, or exchange outages.
- The built-in trailing stop and other safeguards reduce but do not eliminate the risk of loss — losses beyond the intended stop level are possible, especially in fast-moving or illiquid markets.
- Binance, as a third-party exchange, carries its own risks (outages, API changes, security incidents) that are outside our control.
- You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Binance account secured with 2FA and never share your login credentials.
- Only grant the API key permissions described in the setup guide (reading + spot trading) — never enable withdrawals.
- Provide accurate information and let the admin know promptly if you suspect your API key has been compromised.
- Monitor your own portfolio. The dashboard is provided for convenience, not as a guarantee of accuracy or uptime.
7. Fees
CryptoTradingBots does not currently charge any platform fees. Standard Binance trading fees still apply to every trade the bot places and are deducted by Binance directly. If this changes in the future, you'll be notified before any fee applies to you.
8. Service availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. The bot, the dashboard, or this site may be paused, modified, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoTradingBots and its admin are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the service — including trading losses, bot downtime or malfunction, exchange outages, or unauthorized account access — except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Termination
You can ask for your bot to be stopped and your API key deleted at any time, for any reason, just by messaging the admin. We may also pause or terminate your access at our discretion — for example, if we suspect misuse or a security issue. In every case, your funds remain in your own Binance account and are never held by us.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll let you know directly rather than silently updating this page.
12. Questions
Reach out directly to the admin with any questions about these terms.
