Privacy Policy

• Contact info — your name and email/contact method, used to invite you and communicate about your account.
• Binance API key and secret — provided by you, scoped to reading and spot trading only (never withdrawals), used solely to run the bot on your behalf.
• Trading and portfolio data — balances, trade history, and P&L generated by the bot's activity on your account, used to power your dashboard.

We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to run the bot and show you your own dashboard. There are no ads, no trackers, and no analytics scripts on this site.

• To configure and run your bot on the Asymmetric Grid strategy
• To display your portfolio, trade history, and P&L on your dashboard
• To communicate with you about your account or the service

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with any third party other than Binance — and only as strictly necessary to place trades on your behalf.

• Your API key and secret are stored securely and are never displayed or logged in plain text after setup.
• Access to stored credentials is limited to the admin running the bot infrastructure.
• We only ever ask for read and spot-trading permissions — withdrawal permission is never requested and should never be enabled on the key you give us.
• If you ever suspect your key has been exposed, tell the admin immediately and revoke it from your Binance API Management page — revoking it there instantly cuts off all access, including ours.

We keep your data for as long as your bot is active. If you ask for your bot to be stopped, your API key and secret are deleted from our systems. Historical trade records may be retained in anonymized or aggregate form for our own recordkeeping, but nothing that could be used to access your account.

Just message the admin directly — there's no ticket system.

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll let you know directly rather than silently updating this page.
